About the role
Responsibilities
- Promote, drive, and sell the full portfolio of brands and packaging to micro and small clients within the traditional channel.
- Negotiate and execute the "success photo" based on defined parameters to ensure product presence and availability at the point of sale.
- Control and negotiate credit terms, bonuses, and equipment allocation to improve client profitability and sales volume.
- Communicate service issues or client concerns to the immediate supervisor to maintain high levels of commercial partnership.
Requirements
- Technical or Professional education (Degree in Business Administration is preferred).
- 2 years of experience in personnel administration.
- 2 years of experience using IT applications.
- 1 year of experience in sales.
- Advanced knowledge of market development, market execution, and market standards.
- Advanced understanding of Route-to-Market (RTM) sales service models.
- Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and conversation).
