Promotor de Crédito Grupal

Responsibilities

• Perform group credit sales through field prospecting, door-to-door sales (cambaceo), and flyer distribution.
• Prospect new clients and place other financial products such as insurance, savings accounts, and investments.
• Manage and grow an assigned client portfolio.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely credit payments (no cash handling required).
• Dedicate approximately 90% of time to field activities and 10% to administrative office tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma with certificate (Bachillerato con certificado).
• Essential experience in door-to-door sales (cambaceo) and/or credit placement.
• Must have own means of transportation.
• Must not be an active client of Compartamos Banco.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work toward objectives.
