Responsibilities

• Execute telemarketing, door-to-door (cambaceo), and flyer distribution activities to meet daily productivity goals.
• Approach customers on the sales floor and follow up on referrals to ensure sales targets are met.
• Provide customer solutions based on current commercial offers by identifying individual client needs.
• Deliver a memorable and easy personal experience during every customer interaction.
• Manage product stock and perform inventory counts using commercial chain formats to maintain control of entries and exits.

Requirements

• Minimum of completed secondary education (Secundaria concluida).
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, inventory management, and handling cash/values (manejo de valores).
• Ability to work onsite in San Cristobal De Las Casas, Chiapas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed high school education (Preparatoria concluida).
• 2 or more years of experience in sales, inventory management, handling values, and managing client portfolios.
