Responsibilities

• Execute telemarketing, door-to-door (cambaceo), and flyer distribution activities to meet daily productivity goals.
• Approach customers on the sales floor to provide solutions based on current commercial offers and identify their specific needs.
• Ensure a memorable and easy customer experience during every interaction.
• Manage product stock by performing regular inventories using commercial chain formats to maintain control of entries and exits.
• Follow up on referrals to ensure continuous sales growth.

Requirements

• Minimum of completed secondary education (Secundaria concluida).
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, inventory management, and handling cash/values.
• Ability to work onsite in Mexico City.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed high school education (Preparatoria concluida).
• 2 or more years of experience in sales, inventory management, and managing customer portfolios.
