Responsibilities

• Execute telemarketing, door-to-door sales (cambaceo), and flyer distribution activities.
• Follow up on referrals and approach customers on the sales floor to meet daily productivity metrics.
• Provide solutions based on current commercial offers by identifying customer needs.
• Ensure a memorable and easy customer experience during every interaction.
• Manage product stock and perform inventory counts using commercial chain formats to control entries and exits.

Requirements

• Completed secondary education (Secundaria concluida).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, inventory management, and cash handling (manejo de valores).
• Ability to work onsite in the Guanajuato area (Celaya, Apaseo El Grande, A. El Alto, Juventino Rosas, or Villagran G).

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed high school education (Preparatoria concluida).
• 2 or more years of experience in sales, inventory management, cash handling, and customer portfolio management.
