Responsibilities

• Execute telemarketing, door-to-door (cambaceo), and flyer distribution activities to meet daily productivity goals.
• Follow up on referrals and approach customers on the sales floor to ensure high-quality service.
• Provide solutions based on current commercial offers by identifying specific customer needs.
• Manage product stock through inventory formats to maintain control of entries and exits.
• Ensure a memorable and easy customer experience during every interaction.

Requirements

• Completed secondary education (Secundaria concluida).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, inventory management, and handling cash/values.
• Ability to work onsite in Quintana Roo.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed high school education (Preparatoria concluida).
• 2 or more years of experience in sales, inventory, and managing customer portfolios.
