Responsibilities

• Execute telemarketing, door-to-door (cambaceo), and flyer distribution activities to meet daily productivity and sales goals.
• Approach customers on the sales floor and follow up on referrals to ensure high-quality service.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions based on current commercial offers to ensure total satisfaction.
• Manage product stock and perform inventory counts using commercial chain formats to maintain control of entries and exits.
• Deliver a personal and memorable customer experience during every interaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of completed secondary education (Secundaria concluida).
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, inventory management, and cash handling (manejo de valores).
• Ability to work onsite in Mazatlán, Sinaloa.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed high school education (Preparatoria concluida).
• 2 or more years of experience in sales, inventory management, cash handling, and customer portfolio management.
