Responsibilities

• Execute telemarketing, door-to-door (cambaceo), and flyer distribution activities to meet daily productivity goals.
• Approach customers on the sales floor and follow up on referrals to ensure sales targets are met.
• Provide personalized customer service by identifying needs and offering solutions based on current commercial offers.
• Manage product inventory using commercial chain formats to maintain control of stock entries and exits.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of product image and availability.

Requirements

• Minimum of completed secondary education (Secundaria concluida).
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, inventory management, and cash handling (manejo de valores).
• Ability to work onsite in the specified locations (Toluca, Lerma, Almoloya, Zinacantepec, Temoaya, Ocoyoacac, or Tenango).

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma (Preparatoria concluida).
• 2 or more years of experience in sales, inventory management, cash handling, and client portfolio management.
