Responsibilities

• Execute telemarketing, door-to-door sales (cambaceo), and flyer distribution activities.
• Follow up on daily referrals and engage customers on the sales floor to meet productivity metrics.
• Provide customer solutions based on current commercial offers by identifying specific client needs.
• Manage product stock through inventory formats to ensure proper control of entries and exits.
• Maintain a professional brand image and ensure a memorable customer experience during every interaction.

Requirements

• Completed secondary education (Secundaria concluida).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, inventory management, and cash handling (manejo de valores).
• Ability to work onsite in Guanajuato.

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed high school education (Preparatoria concluida).
• 2 or more years of experience in sales, inventory management, cash handling, and client portfolio management.
