Responsibilities

• Execute telemarketing, door-to-door sales (cambaceo), and flyer distribution activities.
• Follow up on referrals and approach customers on the sales floor to meet daily productivity metrics.
• Provide customer solutions based on current commercial offers by identifying individual needs.
• Manage product stock and perform inventory counts using commercial chain formats to ensure proper control of entries and exits.
• Deliver a memorable and easy personal experience for every customer interaction.

Requirements

• Completed secondary education (Secundaria concluida).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, inventory management, and handling cash/values.
• Ability to work onsite in the specified locations (Toluca, Lerma, Almoloya, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

• Completed high school education (Preparatoria concluida).
• 2 or more years of experience in sales, inventory management, handling values, and managing customer portfolios.
