Promotions Officer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and promote the Kwop Boorn Djenara Centre's social media presence and posts
• Contribute to video projects to visually highlight various initiatives and research impact
• Support researchers in creating informative fact sheets and newsletters for promotional purposes
• Amplify Indigenous voices and influence through strategic storytelling

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Journalism, Health Promotion, Public Health, or a related field
• Substantial experience in coordinating social media and promotional activities
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with cultural sensitivity
• Strong organizational and priority-setting skills to meet deadlines
• Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander heritage (this is an identified position)
