Promotions Associate

Responsibilities

• Build, segment, and launch promotions across Betr Picks, Social Sportsbook, Arcade, and Casino to ensure targeted delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Trading, Design, Analytics, and Media to ensure accurate and timely promotion fulfillment.
• Manage the Daily Promotions Calendar to maintain visibility across all verticals and segments.
• Create, segment, and launch CRM campaigns via email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
• Write clear and compelling marketing copy tailored to specific product user bases.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance.
• Track and analyze promotion and CRM metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.
• Serve as a liaison for the Customer Ops Team to resolve user queries regarding promotions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in email marketing or CRM campaign management.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication, organizational, and proofreading skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekend mornings during peak seasons.

Preferred Qualifications

• Passion for or knowledge of sports betting, fantasy sports, or online casino products.
• Familiarity with Braze and Power BI.
• Experience with graphic design or visual content creation.
• Understanding of the distinctions between pick’em, sportsbook, and casino promotional mechanics.
