Promotions Assistant

Responsibilities

• Execute promotions including remotes, events, van appearances, and other marketing activities
• Coordinate contest prize inventory, prize sheets, fulfillment, and release forms
• Set up and break down audio equipment, promotional tents, banners, and staging elements
• Activate promotional events with games and music while interacting with attendees
• Capture and recap promotional events via photos, video, audio, and social media
• Drive promotional vehicles to various locations

Requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and social media platforms
• Valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record with proof of insurability
• Physical ability to stand for multiple hours and lift or move objects up to 40 lbs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain composure in various situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in outdoor promotions, marketing, or customer service
