Promotional Review Team Ops Analyst, GI

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business liaison to facilitate the advertising and promotional material review process (PRT) across Commercial, Medical, Legal, and Regulatory stakeholders.
• Coordinate and facilitate effective PRT review meetings to meet business needs and ensure alignment with commercial strategies.
• Forecast demand for PRT review and approval of materials for assigned franchise brands.
• Manage and track high-priority items, coordinating with production teams to ensure timely approvals.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements to optimize review cycle times and efficiency.
• Maintain subject matter expertise in the PRT process and support the Veeva Vault system.
• Provide training and guidance to internal and external stakeholders regarding PRT processes and expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of account and/or project management experience, OR a High School Diploma plus 5 years of account and/or project management experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with advertising and promotional review processes.
• Previous marketing experience.
• Experience working in a regulated operations environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional groups to achieve common goals.
• Proficiency with Veeva Vault.
