Promotion Assistant

Responsibilities

• Upload singles for radio stations and update Muzicenter
• Coordinate artist promotion schedules and reporting
• Perform web reporting on releases and update press kits
• Manage promotion meeting agendas and minutes
• Coordinate regional artist promotion including travel logistics
• Manage media operations, including giveaways and winner logistics
• Handle administrative tasks such as CD orders and purchase orders
• Participate in developing artist promotion strategies
• Manage digital media portfolios and monitor emerging digital media
• Manage local media portfolios (regional press, TV, and local radio)
• Manage daily TV programming and music video placement with major channels
• Perform artist reporting

Requirements

• Student in communication or media relations
• Passion for music and knowledge of the music industry
• Good knowledge of media and new digital communication modes
• Basic English skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
