About the role
Responsibilities
- Represent Mondelēz International by visiting stores according to the agreed planning cycle
- Monitor shelf presence and product assortment
- Execute campaigns and identify optimal product locations within stores
- Optimize the use of point-of-sale materials to create maximum exposure
- Perform necessary administrative tasks and reporting
- Act as the customer's first choice of supplier through excellent service
Requirements
- Previous merchandising experience is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve set goals and KPIs
- Computer literate
