Responsibilities

• Monitor customer lifecycle through professional one-to-one relationships to develop loyalty using multichannel approaches
• Promote and enhance the METRO brand through proactive and consultative sales activities
• Interact with store colleagues to increase the HoReCa customer portfolio through service development
• Welcome and develop new customers by presenting all services and channels
• Utilize commercial levers to recover declining customers

Requirements

• Knowledge of HoReCa customers and market
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically intermediate Excel
• English language proficiency (B1 level)
• Propensity for teamwork and problem solving
