Promo Team (Game Day Staff)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of all in-game promotions and concourse activities
• Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and energy to entertain fans of all ages
• Help with the setup and breakdown of various games, stations, and promotions
• Coordinate in-game elements during pre-game, stoppages, and intermissions to drive fan interactivity
• Act as a positive brand ambassador for the organization during games and community events
• Ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong personality and performance skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a variable schedule
• High level of punctuality, accountability, and professional integrity
