Projektledare

Responsibilities

• Lead investment projects, reconstruction projects, or product development teams
• Manage project budget, schedule, and quality
• Handle project stakeholders and risks
• Create engagement and clarity within the project group
• Implement structured working methods, processes, and tools
• Follow up and communicate project status to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in technology or production
• Experience as a project manager for investment projects in manufacturing or product development
• Ability to combine technical understanding with business acumen
• Proficient communication skills in both Swedish and English
• Structured working method and ability to collaborate across disciplines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project methodologies such as Agile, XLPM, or PMP
