Projekteringsledare

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate design work from early stages to final delivery
• Ensure design meets quality, time, and budget requirements
• Act as the coordinating link between the client and the project group
• Drive and coordinate technical solutions in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams
• Lead the project team, distribute and follow up on work, and support colleagues

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent knowledge
• At least 5 years of experience in urban development projects as a consultant, contractor, or client
• Good knowledge of industry laws, standards, and technical guidelines
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in Swedish and English
