Project/Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site work in collaboration with Superintendents, Supervisors, Foremen, and subcontractors
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure project alignment and quality
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing all procedures, rules, and regulations
• Prepare internal daily reports for submission to the Construction and Project Managers
• Establish and maintain organized project-specific electronic and paper files, including construction reports and documentation
• Assist in identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to maintain the construction schedule

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field of study
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other applicable software
• Strong communication skills with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability to change
• Willingness to work abroad
