Projects & Strategy Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic projects and priority initiatives in collaboration with Content, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and Product teams
• Organize and lead follow-up meetings with leadership teams, preparing agendas, action items, and executive reports
• Monitor and manage the company’s OKRs, supporting leaders in setting, tracking, and reviewing quarterly objectives and key results
• Prepare executive presentations with performance results and key metrics for senior management and strategic partners
• Support the design and implementation of new planning processes and operational routines focused on efficiency and high-impact outcomes
• Collaborate in managing the company’s strategic calendar and tracking deliverables from key business areas
• Manage relationship and communication frameworks with strategic distribution partners

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken) is mandatory
• Previous experience in strategic planning, project management, consulting, or related fields
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational, communication, and synthesis skills
• Familiarity with financial concepts and performance metrics (KPIs)
• Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in complex, fast-paced environments
• Availability to work in a hybrid model based in São Paulo

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project management and OKR methodologies
• Background in media, sports, entertainment, or digital business sectors
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in presentation tools and project management platforms
