Projects Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Work on a range of matters across the energy transition, including energy markets, reform, and infrastructure development
• Advise on energy M&A and project financing transactions for energy assets
• Provide regulatory advice and market design guidance across the energy sector
• Collaborate with key Partners to advise investors, corporates, governments, and regulators

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar legal role
• Excellent analytical and communication skills to deliver commercially astute advice
• Strong team focus and ability to develop effective internal relationships
• A passion for future energy and the energy transition
• Valid Australian work rights
