Projects Quality Manager Special Product

Responsibilities

• Set and monitor the project Quality Roadmap to achieve customer and company cost and quality targets
• Detect risks and prevent problems throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with Build In Quality standards and SPPC identification procedures
• Manage DFMEA and PFMEA to ensure product and process novelties are accurately captured
• Oversee the 4M matrix to manage product or process changes and ensure customer approval
• Perform revisions of control plans following issues or test results
• Support supplier management activities for both internal and external parts
• Apply QRQC rules and ensure the project team utilizes QRQC materials and methodologies
• Prepare and validate Initial Sample files for customer sign-off

Requirements

• Proven experience in project quality management within the automotive industry
• Strong expertise in DFMEA, PFMEA, and control plan management
• Experience with risk detection, prevention, and escalation processes
• Ability to manage supplier quality and support purchasing/SQA teams
• Proficiency in applying QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) methodologies
