Projects Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.
• Lead design coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and specialist consultants.
• Develop detailed project plans, resource allocations, and milestone tracking systems.
• Oversee procurement planning and monitor contractor performance against technical and contractual requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive monitoring and contingency planning.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory frameworks, building codes, and global quality and safety standards.
• Manage stakeholder communications and provide timely reporting on project health and KPIs to leadership.
• Implement structured change management to assess and approve project variations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience managing real estate or construction projects.
• Strong proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Ability to work in both field and office-based environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with UAE regulations and building codes.
• Experience working with FIDIC contracts.
• Professional project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
