Project Transformation Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain end-to-end visibility of the transformation portfolio to ensure alignment with enterprise strategy and business priorities
• Track progress, delivery health, milestones, risks, and dependencies across programmes to enable informed decision-making
• Establish and manage governance frameworks, supporting investment boards and leadership forums
• Resolve delivery risks and cross-functional dependencies to maintain momentum across workstreams
• Oversee backlog management, sprint planning, and milestone tracking for timely and quality outcomes

Requirements

• Experience managing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
• Skilled in financial planning, investment governance, and benefits tracking
• Strong executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programmes
• Knowledge of PMO frameworks and transformation methodologies
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery for large enterprise programmes
• Background in consultancy, advisory, or process improvement environments
