Project Test Leader

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product and sub-system verification and validation test plans for OCP projects across various development phases
• Execute test tasks covering electrical, firmware, EMC, safety, connectivity, reliability, and component testing
• Identify, report, and support designers in resolving technical issues discovered during testing
• Complete high-quality parts and product test reports and maintain relevant databases
• Lead and drive project test plans in alignment with specific project requirements
• Build test competency and capacity to support business needs
• Support the setup of the Prosumer Test Lab in China

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in electrical or electronics product test leadership
• Strong fundamentals in power electronics and firmware functions
• Proficiency in electronic component application and test method/equipment usage
• Deep understanding of electrical and electronics product functionality and standards
• Technical knowledge of EV charger and BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) standards
• Fluent English as a working language

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with certification strategies and system processes
• Experience partnering with third-party certification laboratories
