Project Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Sealine and Subsea project engineering activities, including system design and deep-water subsea-umbilical-riser-flowline systems.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities and manage external engineering centers or third-party companies.
• Define project engineering organization charts and ensure appropriate staffing of roles.
• Ensure technical solutions align with project cost, time, and quality objectives.
• Supervise the issuance of engineering deliverables and approve key multidisciplinary documents.
• Support the Project Manager in technical relations with Clients and Licensors.
• Participate in risk management, design reviews, and 3D model reviews.
• Consolidate and control engineering hours and material budgets.
• Ensure the availability of Commissioning/Start-up plans, including Operating and Mechanical Manuals.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Proven experience in NFPS (New Field Production Systems) projects.
• Extensive experience working on Brownfield projects.
• Strong expertise in technical office operations and project management.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Strong technical decision-making skills and ability to resolve interdisciplinary conflicts.
