About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage agendas, calls, travel, and reception of various stakeholders
- Plan and organize internal and external meetings
- Draft and process various correspondence and document shipments
- File and track project dossiers in both paper and electronic formats
- Manage contracts and orders using PrimPromo software (purchase orders, amendments, and invoice tracking)
- Maintain and update various dashboards
- Organize work contract files and manage signatures
- Manage building permit displays and coordinate bailiff reports
- Register subcontractor requests and enter service orders into PrimPromo
- Support administrative tasks for customer relations, including mailings and modification quotes
- Prepare transfer files for the After-Sales Service
Requirements
- Higher education degree (Bac+2/Bac+3)
- Previous experience in real estate as a program assistant or similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills and client focus
- Highly organized and rigorous with ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical knowledge for TMA (Buyer Modification Works) and SAV (After-Sales Service) follow-up
