Project System (PS) Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementations of SAP PS, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Configure core PS components such as Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks and Activities, Milestones, Cost Planning, Budgeting, and Project Settlements.
• Customize SAP PS to align with business processes and industry best practices.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules including FI, CO, MM, SD, and PP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align project system functionalities with organizational goals.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of SAP PS applications.
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements or enhancements.
• Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of SAP PS structures and functionalities.
• Proficiency in project management principles and tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and Fiori apps.
