Project Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate class document submissions and approval plans based on project milestone schedules.
• Act as the primary liaison between project engineers and classification societies to resolve technical comments.
• Compile high-quality technical documentation for review by marine classification societies.
• Monitor and track submission milestones to ensure on-time approvals and proactively flag potential delays.
• Manage the creation and archiving of booklets and green passports within the ERP system.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and contribute to process optimization and SOP updates.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure supplier certificates are submitted correctly.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience independently handling marine equipment submissions to classification societies.
• Proven knowledge of rules and procedures for major societies such as DNV, LR, ABS, or BV.
• Solid experience working with ERP systems, preferably Axapta or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Strong proficiency in milestone planning, schedule management, and using tools like Gantt charts.
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Highly structured, detail-oriented, and capable of managing cross-functional technical workflows.
