Project Supervisor - Utility Construction

Responsibilities

• Enforce all Company, OSHA and other applicable procedures and standards
• Set daily goals and expectations with Foreman of project
• Manage contract scope including technical specifications and scheduling milestones
• Track and communicate changes in scope to Project Manager
• Purchase essential materials for the job per the PO
• Complete administrative documentation including safety audits and time entry approval
• Manage recruitment, hiring, development, and termination of crew employees
• Address customer questions or concerns

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Valid DOT health card
• Previous utility construction experience
• Ability to read blueprints and follow job specifications
• Proficiency with computers and electronic devices
