Project Supervisor Sr

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance with GMP, STS-029-01, and DC-3 protocols (heights, electrical, LOTO, confined spaces)
• Manage Gantt schedules, budgets, and stakeholder coordination
• Supervise the preparation of Technical Dossiers including as-built drawings and IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
• Identify technical or safety deviations and propose corrective actions
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready for COFEPRIS/FDA standards

Requirements

• Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical/chemical) with GMP exposure
• Valid DC-3 certifications for high-risk areas, LOTO, and safety training
• Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD/Navisworks
• Intermediate English for technical documentation
• Ability to interpret technical drawings (P&ID, DTI, isometrics)
