About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project planning and execution from conceptual stage to closure
- Supervise construction progress and schedule compliance
- Manage resources, contractors, and suppliers
- Review and validate blueprints, structural calculations, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and quality
- Prepare executive reports and presentations for management
- Maintain constant communication with local and foreign teams
- Identify risks and propose technical and operational solutions
Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in project supervision within industrial sectors
- Experience in civil construction, electrical, and mechanical project management
- Experience in Greenfield projects (desirable)
- Experience in construction supervision and structural calculation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Project, PowerPoint)
- Solid knowledge in structural calculation and analysis
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- University degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
- Fluency in English
