About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
- Run crews and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents
- Conduct daily site inspections and maintain quality control standards
- Coordinate deliveries, manpower, and project logistics
- Maintain jobsite safety and enforce company and OSHA regulations
- Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors
- Prepare daily reports and project updates
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or similar leadership role
- OSHA 30 Card
- 62 HR SST
- Valid driver's license
- Extensive knowledge of construction trades including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, roofing, concrete, drywall, painting, and site work
