Project Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory direction of craft personnel to manage productivity, safety, quality, and schedule adherence
• Act as a liaison between field engineering and project craft to ensure compliance with construction drawings and specifications
• Coordinate effectively with other superintendents, subcontractors, and Kiewit leadership to ensure smooth workflow
• Resolve employee conflicts, grievances, and scheduling difficulties
• Assist in schedule planning, including determining craft labor levels, material quantities, and equipment requirements
• Perform daily inspections of work for safety, quality, and productivity across Electrical, MEP, Civil, and Structural disciplines

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in the construction industry
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role
• Proven experience in a vertical building setting
• Experience working as a General Contractor overseeing subcontractors and trade partners
• Ability to travel and relocate as needed for project requirements
• Strong understanding of safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, and engineering drawings
