Responsibilities
- Implement datacenter solutions including servers, storage, and virtualization platforms
- Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions using tools like Commvault or Veeam
- Ensure successful project delivery by meeting timelines and quality standards
- Maintain accurate documentation for implementations and configurations
- Support pre-sales teams with technical assessments of customer infrastructure
- Provide direct technical support to resolve issues during and after deployment
- Track and report project performance, milestones, and challenges
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in datacenter implementation or technical support
- Hands-on experience with VMware, Nutanix, or similar virtualization platforms
- Knowledge of data protection tools such as Commvault, Veeam, or Dell DPS
- Understanding of hybrid and multi-cloud setups (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with network security tools like Fortinet and Checkpoint
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- VMware Certified Professional
- Nutanix Certified Professional
- Fortinet NSE certification
