Project Specialist

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise contractors for Facilities projects
• Manage Facilities SOPs
• Handle audit preparations and post-audit documentation for the Facilities Department
• Assist with CAD design and space planning
• Identify project goals, scope, tasks, milestones, and resources
• Estimate costs, set budgets, and identify quality requirements
• Establish and manage communication plans
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior project management experience
