Project Specialist L2

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project industrialization through both development and serial phases.
• Ensure full compliance with customer milestones and ANPQP requirements.
• Manage project risk assessments, 4M & QCD reporting, and escalate critical issues to ensure targets are met.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
• Oversee RFQ preparation, PCS consolidation, and ramp-up costs.
• Monitor project quality, efficiency, obsolescence management, wave changes, and prototype production.
• Lead contractual and operational processes, including CEC contract preparation and GPMS functional reviews.

Requirements

• Master or Engineering degree in a technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Wire Harness (WH) field.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both French and English.
