Project Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain hardware for external consumer-facing events and developer community workshops
• Partner with internal product and marketing teams and outside agencies to execute events at client sites and trade shows
• Manage the full communication cycle with internal and external requestors with minimal supervision
• Act as a technical consultant to ensure the feasibility of hardware requests for events
• Prepare devices for distribution, including software updates and flashing devices
• Troubleshoot Android and Chrome hardware and software issues
• Manage tracking systems to accurately forecast hardware needs for the year
• Handle the unpacking, packing, and transportation of products and materials

Requirements

• Experience troubleshooting Android and Chrome hardware and software
• Logistics experience involving both domestic and international shipping
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds regularly
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Dangerous Goods Certification for shipping
