Project Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive project execution to ensure strategies are implemented on schedule and targets are achieved
• Track project progress, identify potential risks early, and escalate issues to management
• Maintain day-to-day relationships with mobile phone brand partners through data analysis and operational support
• Assist in rolling out Key Account (KA) channel partnerships, including performance tracking
• Coordinate daily communication between international headquarters and frontline sales teams to ensure seamless information flow
• Provide ad-hoc support and complete other tasks as assigned by the line manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin (HSK 4 or equivalent) for business communication and reporting
• 1+ year of experience in the retail industry
• Strong coordination, execution, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to undertake short-term business trips
• Ability to work on-site in South Jakarta

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mobile phones, digital products, or home appliances
• Experience working with major brands such as OPPO, Vivo, or Xiaomi
• Prior experience in project management frameworks or corporate cross-border partnerships
• Familiarity with financial technology or offline consumer finance product deployments
