Project Specialist

Responsibilities

• Follow up on activities within the Work Plan to ensure timely execution.
• Identify and review blockers or issues affecting project progress.
• Act as a connector between different project areas to resolve stoppers promptly.
• Report any issues occurring within assigned tasks to relevant stakeholders.
• Generate progress reports as required by the Innovatec program.
• Align multiple teams to achieve common project objectives.
• Monitor and follow up on the testing strategy.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Project Management.
• Proven experience in managing new projects.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams simultaneously.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Possession of a valid US Visa.
• Proficiency in Office 365-Project, Excel, SAP, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of business processes and risk identification.
• Expertise in task management and deliverable control.
