Project Specialist

Responsibilities

• Structure project work plans by defining clear objectives, mapping activities, and integrating budgets to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Manage collaboration across involved areas throughout the project lifecycle to ensure compliance with the operational plan.
• Identify and document operational risks and implement mitigation plans to prevent delays in key delivery dates.
• Communicate portfolio status through daily reports regarding deliverables, risks, and incidents to facilitate decision-making.
• Review the quality of project deliverables and propose methodology improvements through indicator dashboards and evaluations.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Industrial or Economic-Administrative Engineering.
• Experience in project execution and project portfolio management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma.
• Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
• Basic English proficiency (approximately 50%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance or financial sector.
• Experience with systems implementation.
• Background as a Project Leader or Administrator for medium-to-low complexity projects.
