Project Specialist

Responsibilities

• Establish project schedules, financial parameters, and technical requirements from initiation through transfer
• Communicate customer requirements, specifications, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams
• Review daily production schedules to identify and resolve problem areas
• Develop status reports including project financials to ensure cost control and customer satisfaction
• Create and maintain project plan documents, procedures, and deliverables
• Conduct presentations regarding specific projects and schedules
• Assist in the management of larger projects and programs
• Interact with customers, functional managers, and senior leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant experience may be substituted)
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or project administration
• Strong budgeting and cost containment skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
