Project Shipping Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead sub-project management in logistics to ensure timely deliveries
• Develop and execute transport strategies for project execution
• Manage transport procurement, contract writing, and budget tracking
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on delivery processes
• Ensure compliance with regulations and accurate transport documentation
• Solve delivery challenges to minimize financial impact and enhance satisfaction

Requirements

• Higher education degree or several years of experience in logistics or import/export
• Experience in project management and international transport
• Knowledge of customs issues and contract writing
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
