Project Senior Consultant - Unmanned Aircraft/Point Defense SME

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate execution programs and support branch operations across priority efforts
• Manage action items, schedules, tasking, and deliverables for branch leadership and staff
• Develop briefings, staff packages, trackers, and other client-facing materials for senior stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal and government stakeholders to monitor dependencies and resolve issues
• Support planning, prioritization, and analysis to assist leadership in making informed operational decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Active Secret security clearance
• 1+ years of Unmanned Aircraft (UAS) experience
• 1+ years of experience in Counter-UAS, Counter-small UAS, point defense, or Blue UAS
• 1+ years of experience supporting program management, task management, or branch operations in a defense, military, or government environment
• 1+ years of experience developing briefings, trackers, memoranda, or decision-support materials for senior stakeholders
• Ability to work on-site in Arlington, VA up to 5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Air Force or Department of Defense clients
• Experience supporting leaders at the O-6, General officer, or equivalent senior civilian level
• Experience supporting Counter-UAS or air defense mission sets
• Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
