Project Scheduling & Risk Management Expert

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate risk assessment workshops for capital investment projects
• Identify project risks with the project team and propose mitigation strategies
• Carry out risk management actions and monitor their effectiveness
• Provide support for estimating project risk costs to determine reserve frameworks
• Participate in constructability reviews with project teams and external stakeholders
• Create, maintain, and forecast project schedules for strategic projects
• Prepare schedule and resource-related risk assessments
• Perform quality checks on schedules and related risk links before approval
• Prepare physical progress reports for project execution

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in project scheduling
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA
• Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English and Croatian
• Valid Category B driving licence (active driver)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the oil, energy, gas, or construction industries
• Knowledge of advanced scheduling practices and methods
• Working knowledge of MS Project
• Experience in construction site management
