About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage planning, scheduling, and support construction management to ensure timely and quality project delivery
- Interact with Project Managers and key stakeholders to establish work scope and develop work strategies
- Coordinate with the Project Controls department and ensure adherence to global work processes and standards
- Review and monitor Contractor Schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Host weekly schedule review meetings with contractors to review control, manpower, and productivity plans
- Consolidate Weekly and Monthly Project Reports
- Identify potential schedule risks and opportunities and advise management on mitigation plans
- Ensure as-built schedules are prepared within 30 days of achieving the last key milestone
Requirements
- Degree in engineering, project management, construction, or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction industry (Pharma, Semiconductor, or hi-tech manufacturing)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Project Services, planning, scheduling, or cost engineering
- Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Ability to work independently and take ownership within a wider group
