Project Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Interpret construction drawings (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil) to understand work scope
• Review Contractor P6 Baseline Construction Schedules for logic, milestones, and critical path
• Provide written technical schedule review comments and analyze monthly schedule updates
• Perform QA/QC on contractor schedule submittals for contract conformance
• Create Earned Value Curves and analyze Key Performance Indicators from P6 Primavera Schedules
• Monitor construction progress and identify schedule impacts or opportunities to advance the schedule
• Perform Time Impact Analysis using Windows Analysis methods
• Determine if work is in or out of scope based on contract drawings and terms
• Communicate schedule and progress issues to the project team during regular meetings
• Visit construction sites and attend meetings to check monthly progress

Requirements

• 6 years of professional experience in Construction Scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor
• Experience in educational facilities or public works projects preferred
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 (v19) and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management (or equivalent experience)
• Understanding of cost engineering, scheduling, and schedule forensics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
