Responsibilities
- Develop planning level and baseline construction schedules using Oracle P6
- Analyze and validate baseline schedules against project objectives
- Review project progress and updates to anticipate schedule impacts
- Communicate schedule development outcomes through effective reporting formats
- Advise on schedule-related contract negotiations
- Collaborate with project management staff and personnel
- Collect and analyze data to prepare summary reports
- Monitor project progress and identify variances in completion timelines
Requirements
- Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field
- 2-5 years of construction-related experience in scheduling or project management
- Demonstrated knowledge of Oracle P6 software and Visualizer
- Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
- Proficiency in understanding blueprints and contracts
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Trimble TILOS
- High-level understanding of contract requirements and claim implications
